Refund policy

If you wish to return an item purchased on our web site please contact us at info@elysiiann.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Our staff will assist you with return procedure and you will be required to follow the instructions.

Once your return is approved, you may choose a carrier by yourself. We must receive your item within 14 days (3 days for domestic orders), otherwise your refund will not be completed. Once your shipment has arrived, allow up to 5 business days for refund to be processed. Any shipping costs, taxes, import duties and other fees will be deducted from this refund. Please note that processing times vary from bank to bank, kindly allow us up to 15 business days for the money to clear back into your account.

Please note that we do not refund the entire amount. Worldwide delivery is included, therefore all return shipments will be subject to destination shipping costs. responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were sold in, clean and in no other way damaged, with all the original packaging materials and no tags removed. Items that have been altered, damaged, soiled or in any other way  no subject of return and the refund will not be issued.

We accept exchanges in case that the product received is damaged or does not fit to size. It is not possible to exchange an item for another product. All exchange shipment will be subject to destination shipping costs. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer.

If you wish to exchange the item you must contact us at info@elysiiann.com within 3 days of receiving your item.

Cancellations are accepted within 2 working days of placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at info@elysiiann.com .

We do not allow cancellation of orders that have already beed shipped. If you cancel your order once it has been dispatched, the return procedure will be applied.

Made-to-measure and pre-order orders can not be changed, canceled or refunded once the production process has started, on which the buyer will be priorly notified.
