Shipping policy

We use DHL Express Service or its nominated carriers to send out all orders, and all costs that arise from delivery depend on the carrier, import duties and taxes are not covered by Elysian.

Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Delivery time may vary, depending on customs clearance and final destination.

Once you place your order, it will be confirmed within 3 working days and sent out for dispatch within 15 working days.

Transit time depends on destination country and import procedures. It usually does not take longer than 5 working days, but it depends on destination country’s customs authorities.
